This telephone stopped 5 times in the first 2 hours of use, trying to return it, got an automated answer on my e-mail that my request for return could not be delivered to recipient. Amazon should NOT SELL SUCH GARBAGE. This was an expensive phone, I planned to take it to S. America, thankful I tried it here. Second Samsung, first was also a lemon.

This is a first day report. I'm a Samsung fan (ever since Apple decided to pick on them). I have two other Samsung phones so the this one feels familiar. Dual SIM's and unlocked phones are the future. This one is the high end of dual sim phones. Plenty fast and the screen is fine. It is not to of the line for size and resolution, but those phones don't have a dual SIM feature. If you carry two phones, you should try a Duos, you won't go back.

I have had dual sim phones for about 2years now. This is the best one to date. It's actually a smartphone whereas all the previous ones were just basic phones. It takes decent pictures and has a lot of smart features that were missing from the previous phones. It has locked up a couple times and I had to re-boot, but that's only been about 2/3 times since I got it around mid March. All in all it's a good phone. A bit expensive, but worth it.

Seller is not describing this item correctly, most of the specifications listed are for Galaxy SII Skyrocket which is SGH-I727 but if you pay attention to model it is listed as SGH-I777 which is what you will get if you order it from this seller. Check out Samsung website to verify which SGH model is actually Skyrocket and which device operates at 1.5GHz or 1.2GHz.

Love it. My first Android, and it's a keeper. At first I worried about the size being too big but now given the nice screen the size is very manageable and comfortable. Today my Otter case arrived, fits nice but does make the phone bulkier. H&P Electronics shipped fast and unlocked as advertised. Had problem getting WI-FI to work so had to call Samsung who said it happens sometimes advised to do a factory reset. Did that and problem is fixed. I've had other samsung phones and they do a nice job. The preloaded AT&T apps have to get deleted but that's the only down side for me. Great phone think my son already has his eye on this one.

I absolutely love this smart phone! Bought an iPhone 4S and ended up returning it. The Android OS is way better than iOS, amazing apps! The phone quality is, too. The only weakness in the box is the manual. A blurry copy in small print, not helpful in anyway for a user standpoint. But as far as the phone goes, I am glad I made the right choice.

I purchased this phone in early June and have had it for almost a month. I love the features and how it's unlocked, but because it was an international version it only came with a Euro wall charger in the box and I did not receive an american wall charger, therefore had to purchase one separately, so be aware that you will have to pay extra for the charger, maybe even purchase it with the phone at the same time so you can charge your phone once you get it.

This phone is purchased by seller outside of the US. When I received and begun using it, it turned off by itself. In addition it will not operate on 4g network instead only operates on E. When I complained about this to the seller they stated they didn't accept returns but I can call Samsung to resolve issues since it was under warranty . When I spoke with Samsung and gave them the necessary phone info. Samsung stated they couldn't help me b/c this model GT 19500 was purchased outside the USA and therefore I would have to contact Samsung in the country it was purchased from. Needless to say the company thru Amazon I purchased it from told me they couldn't and wouldn't do anything further. I lost close to $700.00 to them. Buyer be ware if the phone model is not SGH 19500 Don't buy it ! one more tidbit, it's not listed as model# GT 19500 just S4 19500 so before purchasing from any online vendor make sure the phone is an SGH19500 model.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 is one of the best phones ever. It's light and small for such a big screen (5"). The screen is beautiful and the pictures it takes too (13 megapixels camera). Some better phones are being released now, but when I bought this phone, no other phone was better. The S4 has expandable memory via a microSD card slot and it has a removable battery. With a 64 Gb memory card and the 16 Gb internal memory, it could reach 80 Gb. The phone I bought has an Octa-core chip (2x4 cores processors international version). It's very fast and the battery lasts all day, even under heavy to medium use. I've heard it is fragile and the screen can break easily, but with a protective casing it seems to be fine. I really recommend this phone to anyone wanting a big, high resolution screen.

Im surprise I didn't see any accurate negative review about this product.
It is complete junk right out of the box, the back side of this case is okay but the flip front is made out out cheap card board first of all, secondly, the flip front cannot close well, its dangling all the time even when you put the phone on a flat surface, not to mention if you put the phone in a bag, purse or your pocket, the front screen is basically uncovered because the flip front is very loosely opened. Just imagine you fold a copy paper and cover your phone, this is how it is "covering". You get my point.

I am confused as to the debate on whether this product is the factory original or a knock-off. The product I ordered appears to be exactly the same as those available at the company wireless store. The product had the Samsung hologram and has the same script on the case as Samsung uses. In other words exactly as promised and exactly the type of case I wanted. Apparently the problem is the large number of vendors are used to fulfill your purchase. I don't know how to solve that. I ordered directly from Amazon but before it shipped I got a note saying the price had dropped and it was shipped from another vendor though fulfilled through Amazon

I have only had this phone for 10 days but am extremely happy. The processor is very fast, especially on wifi. The screen is crystal clear and after playing with the settings a little bit very sharp. The best part is that the bloatware that comes with it can be disabled so it isn't running and using battery up. With moderate use the battery lasts 2 days, even after heavy use the battery still says 30% by the end of the day.Its a pretty complex phone so it will take people time to figure out the tricks to using it efficiently. My advice is to go online to the different talk forums for tips and tricks to make your phone better. My phone now has no lag when switching between apps or screens by just changing a few settings. This is one of the best phones on the market today.

I won't go into much detail but I've owned this phone for the last 3 days and I'm really enjoying everything this phone and Android has to offer. My previous phone was an iPhone 4 and the only word to describe that phone compared to the Galaxy S4 is BORING. The Galaxy S4 has a great screen and the processor just makes everything run very smoothly. The 13 megapixel camera and the Samsung software are a joy to use. There are so many features to play with and some I admit I will never use. Plenty of bloatware from Verizon and Samsung but I think I can survive with 9 gb of internal memory. I just popped a 64 gb card for photos and I think I'm set. Many reviews out there complain of the plastic Samsung uses but once you put a cover on there, you'll never know what the phone is made of just like a covered iphone or HTC One. I highly recommended this phone especially if you're an iphone user on the fence about making the switch.

I have to say the hand motions are cool, but the best features are that it stays on as long as you are looking at it, and it has voice controls for everything. Just set it down, say Samsung Camera, then shoot and it takes beautiful pictures. All my calls have been clear and loud. I was afraid it would be flimsy with the plastic cover, but it is very solid. PLUS, a phone with a removable battery and SD card?!? Genius!

The actual official Samsung S-View cover may be great, but I wouldn't know because the ones TopEDepot are selling are cheap knock-offs! It barely fits the back of the phone, the S-View window is cut wrong and doesn't have the clear plastic screen protector the official version does, and it doesn't bear the same markings as the official one. I guess I should've known $9.50 was too good to be true.

I took the plunge to see what people were complaining about. the case you can clearly see the low quality of the imitation, just like the other people said, it DOESNT SAY S4, IT SAYS SIV. the Samsung looks poorly stamped, and is clear as day how fake it is. definitely, even though I only paid 10$ I want a refund just because you don't do that to people.

I received this case after waiting around two weeks, and it is a fake knockoff. The case is dirty, the logo is peeling off, the logo is in the wrong places, it is definitely not matching the pictures it is listed as. The home button does not have a spot on the cover as pictured, there is an extra logo than pictured, and the font is different. I am not sure what product those who rated this more than 1 star has received, but this is a fake. I submitted a claim for this to be returned.

It's fast and the screen is beautiful. The battery life is amazing considering the magnitude of this phone. The camera is crisp and the panorama mode is a great bonus. The ff camera is great on its own. The speakers on this phone are very loud and clear. The noise cancelling microphone helps a lot with the call quality. The swype keyboard is amazing for texting, I've gotten so use to it that I can't use normal keyboards, or if I did, it would be such an inconvenience. This phone is great and I wouldn't hesitate on buying it.

When i purchased this phone i purchased a complete set but instead the seller took out the data micro sd chip the head set and the original samsung infuse battery and put the replacement battery for the phone and they do not allow you to contact them so beware of seller. I also find the battery dies pretty quick.

I highly recommend this phone to anyone for personal use. However, for corporate use, the Froyo Software does not have adequate security built in to meet the requirements of some Corporations IT standards. If you want a versatile phone that's fast, fun, great audio/video quality and easy everything then this is the phone for you. If you're an avid texter and web surfer, then you will love this phone.
